We have drunk alot of sparking in our days and we only drink Méthode Traditionelle’ Sparkling Rosé's This beats the French and others by far which are normally double the price. Elegant and beautiful flavours as the tasting notes suggest of wild strawberries, black cherries, citrus blossom and toasted brioche delight the palate and are balanced with zesty acidity and long textural finish. Great for date night in our bath and usually go through 2 bottles. Absolutely yummy we no longer drink other varieties or brands. Thankyou Sidewood :o)

A well balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend is simply delightful! Sassy pink/burnt orange hue with floral citrus zest on palate and lasting acidity linger. The next level is to meet the "Queen" - Cassandra - Those who know, knows :)!
