I would recommend this to a friend!
A Magnificent Champagne which I first tasted in the Port Vila Vanuatu resort we were staying at and have been hooked ever since. Like all good French Champagnes, you don't get a hangover from a good drinking session (at least I don't).
It has got to the point of being the only champagne I will purchase.

Chardonnay Pinot Noir Pinot Meunier
Pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine's complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. Serve between 8°C and 10°C. La Cuvée benefits from ageing in the cellar.
