Normally I’m not a fan of spiced anything but this was subtle and warming. The notes were very mellow but effective mixed with Tonic. It tastes a bit like lemon lime butters after you’re palette becomes accustomed to it. Would definitely recommend

I thought that I'd try this gin for some cocktails, as opposed to your usual london dry. It made for some great cocktails, but this is fantastic neat as well. There was the usual juniper and coriander but it's the citrus notes and the smoothness of this gin that made it great for me. Very smooth for 49%

The flavour? Eating redskins while sitting in the Australian bush near a peppercorn tree.

Used to get this Gin as a special treat as it’s not the cheapest and weirdly only comes in a 500ml bottle. Used to. It’s so good this is all a drink now, tuned into a right gin snob. So much flavour, must be the French oak shiraz barrels they soak them in. I enjoy best with a lot of ice and a little dry tonic. So good. 49% tho, you can easily get carried away sometimes literally…

Paid a visit to the distiller in Margaret River in January. We tried this gin with Ginger beer rather than tonic. Absolutely delicious.
