It’s light, a little citrus-y, has a slight zing, not overpoweringly bitter— less sweetness allows the bitterness to be appreciated more. I think of this as a ‘light’ tonic, as I swear it has less quinine AND less sugar. Delicious in a G&T. I’ve always liked the concept but somehow tonic always ruined it for me in the past. I just found it unpleasant?? I’d tried many brands of tonic including fevertree & I’d about given up. For a long time I drank gin & soda instead when I wanted a G&T — until recently when my friends introduced me to this absolute gem!!!
