Grant Burge Holy Trinity 2023 is medium dense red in colour with deeper darker magenta hues. On the nose, bright cherry lift with light milk chocolate, dried herb and green peppercorn. Ginger powder and nutmeg feature, giving the taster an overwhelming sense of quality and class. Flowing through to the palate is a sweet fruit entry of cherry and raspberry with a cranberry crunch that highlights the plushness and freshness of the wine. Green pepper, juniper and graphite meld well with the densely poised tannins which show a seamless slatey texture which persists long after the wine is consumed.
