The 2023 St Hugo Signature Shiraz is a vibrant dark purple colour. Perfumed floral aromas combine with pure raspberry red fruits, hints of spice and char with an underly wet slate complexity. The palate is pure red fruited and plush with a medium body in structure with very fine chalky tannins that are delicate and linear. Approachable as a young wine with freshness and complexity.
