I found this to be undrinkable. It is very sweet and syrupy. It does actually taste like they have chucked in a jar of jam so they got the name right.

I've been drinking Mcguigan wines for years until Dan Murphy recently offered to try Yellow Tail Jammy Red and the result is that this wine is perfect for me and my wife's taste. Definitely worth a try.

Ordinarily I’m not in favour of the sweeter reds, like Lambrusco. Normally I like blends like McGuigans Black Label Red. I tried this, and was uncertain I’d go back for more , so I alternated between it and the McGuigans. But surprisingly this one has hit a note with me. Maybe I was looking for something sweeter than a Cab Sav. This will do it. Give it a try anyway

Yes a lovely drop certainly on the sweet side.Perhaps you wouldn't go through a few bottles in one sitting but having tried it I'm game to purchase a case and give it a real good chance to pickle my liver.

Sorry everyone. I was so disappointed. If you think you would like a red wine that tastes just like jam it may be for you. Not me though. Way too sweet and syrupy. Yuck!
