As someone who had to remove dairy from my diet for health reasons, I was really excited for this dairy free option because I loved Bailey's. It is a lot sweeter than I remember Original being but it goes really good in a cheeky iced coffee :)

If you take your first sip expecting this to taste like the famous Bailyes Irish Cream, you will be sorely dis-appointed. I did and dismissed this drink entirely because of that. Then I revisited it it with a new lens and found it to be its own thing entirely. And I'm really enjoying it. It's my current favourite used as a base for other liqueurs I've acquired over time. I generally mix it at a 2 to one ratio, the Baily's being the 2. Or just feel it out by adding just a splash of another liqueur to it first. I love it as a base with Butterscotch schnapps, Frangelico, Brookies Macadamia and Wattleseed, and well you get the point. What works an absolute treat though is mixing it with other coffee liqueurs. My current favourite in a coffee liqueur is 'The Riser' from little known Winery, Murdering Point. It is not as sweet as Kahlua, but not as bitter as Mr Black. Just lovely. Next I'm planning on adding a banana liqueur to this Baileys Coffee Toffee. Options are many with this one.

Very underwhelming. I was looking forward to trying this because the flavour combo really appealled to me but I was quite disappointed at the lack of flavour unfortunately

I've been waiting for a real Baileys plant-based drink for a long time and this is a nice drop if you like milky-based sweet drinks (which I do). Just pour it over ice and sip it, or throw it over a shot of espresso, or put it in a latte or iced coffee for a little extra punch, or just pour it over a rich plant-based ice cream such as Streets Blue Ribbon Plant Based ice cream. This was a nice surprise. It’s sweet with a slight coffee after taste. I’d strongly recommend this to anyone, even people who don’t like coffee flavoured things will enjoy this. So long as they enjoy toffee. So great having a Baileys with oat milk.

Similar to Tia Maria with a hint of sweetness. Good if you are dairy free.
