I’ve taster a few Kolschs in my time, and I would be prepared to argue that this one is a very poor example. Like other beers at this brewery, it seems that the brewers have very little genuine experience in brewing. It can’t be done following ‘Brewing for dummies’ sorry guys, if you are going to step into the brewing arena, know that you are in a highly competitive area and you need to know What you are doing.
