I generally only drink Italian Pinot Grigio but decided to stop being a wine snob and lowered my standards to start buying cask wine as a novelty. My first cask was a different brand and very average. This was cheaper but surprisingly easy to drink, tangy and lemony. Probably a little too easy to drink and might be a bit too sweet for some and I will try other brands but this will definitely be my reference.

Although this wine is perfectly fine to drink I use it in my cooking.
