Colour: Bright and lovely light garnet-red colour Nose: Very elegant with a quintessence of red berries, strawberry, cherry, and soft spices aromas with a hint of vanilla. Palate: It’s a medium bodied wine, with ripe tannins and acidity. It develops very delicate aromas and a long lasting finish.

Since I first purchased this wine about three years ago I have not found anything else better for the price.. I have also introduced all of my wine loving friends to it and not one dislike.. I now always keep some at hand

After opening and drinking this, we realised we'd had it before and why we didn't buy it again. Just too syrupy and overripe to be pleasant.

Low strawberry notes here but more dark cherry and blue berry. Some spice and tannins with nice refreshing acidity on the finish make this wine enjoyable. Well balanced and with some complexity for a good price.

This wine is very cloying. It’s sweet in all the wrong ways, with absolutely nothing to back it up in the acidity and tannin department. To make it even worse, the wine is relatively high in alcohol to the taste making it even sweeter. Anyone who enjoys the savoury characteristics in wine should steer clear. Tread Softly Pinot Noir for instance has far better characteristics and balance.

Pinot Noir is supposed to be light drinking, this wine is not. Far too heavy on tannin, more like a heavy Hunter Shiraz. Tried this one before, sadly forgot the result.
