Expected better from Mcguigan. Definitely won't be buying again. Stuck with a couple of bottles. Probably wouldn't even use it in cooking. Maybe paint stripper?

Not very nice but at $8 per bottle one should not expect much. Probably use in a marinade or some kind of sauce or jus

What can i say about this other than , it burns , a 1 star is over rating it.

The store only had the 2018 version but there could not be such a great difference in 2017. I have seen deeper red colours in Cottees Red Cordial. Taste is no where near the description given, he must of had a cold when this was reviewed and could not smell and taste it properly. This belongs in the $3.50 range if there is such a range.

This represents excellent value for money and I believe it to be one of the better wines in the under $20 price range. To my taste it is is fruity, well balanced and overall very pleasant to drink. We are spoiled when you look at all the excellent wine around in this class, on a daily drink this is my go to.
