A fantastic new Cab Sauv from McClaren Vale to the BWS range. Fantastic plum and blackcurrant fruit flavours with subtle aniseed notes on the nose.

One of the red gums that line the driveway of the vineyard has a rope swing attached to it, which meant we’d end up with some eucalypt on the nose in our Cabernet and/or one of us would stack face first into the dirt from the rope swing. Land on a bed of plum, black currant and aniseed spice with a final dash of upfront fruit.
