Very Smooth, been drinking this brand & variety for more than five years.. Top quality tequila that is becoming more popular in bars Australia wide.

Just bought this from Dan Murphy's Shellharbour, it just re-defined tequila for me and i'll never go back. With or without ice, just sipping it makes you appreciate it so much. It has a smooth initial taste with underlying hints of caramel and vanilla with a peppery smokey finish. Gives a nice warm buzz, definitely recommend it !!

Im glad I bought this bottle! The flavour characteristics are amazing! Much better than the patron reposado! Not to be mixed! If you want margaritas buy something cheaper!

If wyou are willing to spend a hundred AUD on an aged tequila then you can do better than this. It’s not terrible but it’s not awesome either and why should it be when an awesome Blanco is well over $100? You get all the barrel characteristics you expect (vanilla, cocoa, bitter chocolate) but it’s not really that great with this distillate. Its a bit thin and is missing something. I’m not averse to it but in all honesty and based on the quality of the two bottles we’ve had I can’t recommend patron anejo. Patron Reposado is better and if you want great anejo tequila then you might have to spend a little more.

Whisky, Bourbon and Cognac drinkers should make this their go-to in Summer. On the rocks, in the sun - doesn't get much better!

I find it hard to believe that the Mexicans can brew a crap beer like Corona but at the same time distill such a mind blowing drink like this Patron Gold, this is smoother than a puppies belly. Delicious.
