A little better than the entry Barbadillo Pedro Ximinez, which is $19. This is $26+, but it is about 10% better, so should be $21-$22. But there seems to be a racket with Pedro, as sherries $40 are only 20% better so they should be $23-$25. Try yourself. I’ve tried most of the Dans offerings, and you need to go for the Wynns at $60+ to get a materially better Sherry.

Have tried another Pedro Ximenez which I really enjoyed, so bought this one to try out. Why did I wait so long to try this out, it’s absolutely amazing. Syrupy sweet with the taste of caramelised digs knocking you over with its first taste. Never had anything like it. Highly recommend!!

We had this at a restaurant and had to track it down. It is luscious and delicious and smells and tastes of caramelised figs and honey.

I tried this sherry at my partners house. Her Dad is a major wine enthusiast, has bottles from 1998, makes his own wine. One night I was lucky enough for him to bring out this bottle, I loved it from the moment I tasted it. Because this man has such high quality bottles I was expecting this sherry to be expensive as well. I was wrong about that; incredibly good value for money. A very soft and sweet raisin flavour, a drink that's good as a dessert.
