Made and hand bottled at our distillery on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, this complex and elegant Single Malt Whisky is distilled with care in our traditional small batch copper pot stills from premium local barley and pristine local water. This whisky was matured in second-fill bourbon barrels and finished in 500L aged Port puncheons using the traditional Solera method. Limeburners Infinity Solera Whisky has been aged up to 8 years. Exhibiting spice and fruit aromas when neat, a splash of water unleashes malted barley, aromas of Port and vanilla with hints of honey, raisins and caramel. This whisky has a medium warm hue with intense and complex flavours, delivering a full taste with a smooth finish. Limeburners Single Malt Whisky is truly remarkable and distinctly Australian. Enjoy!
