The 2017 vintage has excellent varietal characteristics. There's raspberry and blackberry, balanced with pepper and spice. There's also a strong mouth feel and alcohol warmth. Just right for cooler nights. PS. Even though I'm a supporter of organic production, I feel a need to contradict the many claims, that; organic wines don't give you a hangover. It's alcohol that gives you a hangover. At 14.5% alcohol, this will give you a hangover. Trust me.

Hard to beat, elegant, not at all jammy shiraz, but still thoroughly enjoyable and with the added bonus of no nasties from the grapes being organic and less intervention in the cellar. I keep buying and giving this wine year after year.

This is my classic go-to shiraz. It's great value for money and simply a winner to drink. Being organic too you don't get the horrible hangover. A must try for any shiraz lover.
