Stop looking. This is it. As a migraine sufferer, I avoided wine for years, before a wonderful friend suggested trying preservative (sulphite) free wines. I have tried many and this is far and away the best. Smooth, full-bodied, this is my new go-to wine.

I always have an excuse to try new wines. But, I'm not a Shiraz lover. This wine has the perfect balance not too dry, but not sweet either. Medium body perfect to continue drinking red during the summer. Very easy match with almost any dish. Preservative free and vegan friendly to share with my BFF.

I’m drinking organic wines for a while now, and I start loving them. I really enjoyed the fruity expression on this wine, no big wine as expected to come from Mudgee. Very easy to drink, peppery aftertaste. A bonus of this wine is that is vegan friendly.

Thistle Hill Preservative Free Shiraz it is easy to drink, dry, full bodied wine that ticks all the boxes. I have been drinking this wine for 4 years now and never disappoints me. If you want to drink a Organic wine that has an excellent taste and a fair price, give it a go!

After tasting the wine in a show, I decided to have a full bottle this time. It’s worthy !!! Full of fruit and a little bolt wine. Not big, easy to drink with a pleasant aftertaste.
