Just jokes, I am. As an avid consumer of Sheepdog and Apple JD, I was keen to expand my sweet whiskey horizons. With the thought of honeycomb lingering on the ridges of my tongue, I cracked the bottle. Icetrays full: check. Good looking fella to share the bottle with: check. Go time MFers . Look, it wasn’t as sweet as I would have preferred but certainly smooth nonetheless. An enjoyable drop to have on a cold winters night, on the rocks and in good company. Would I have it again? For sure, but only if its sweeter whiskey counterparts were unattainable.
