Couldn't wait to try this Gin but was a bit disappointed. Definitely has a coastal taste to it and I love the bottle!!! I enjoyed it but was hoping for a bit more taste.

Smooth - one of the best Aussie Gins on the market

Seems to be a lot of fake reviews...or should I say market related reviews....honestly there are so many great Australian gins and this does not deserve to be on the same page. When did Margo beco.e a distiller?

Dreadful nose, not pleasant, looking a bit deeper seems to be a contract distilled exercise in celebrity endorsement- it smells and tastes like a badly distilled gin, does anyone know where the base product is from?

Purchased this Gin on the basis of a lot of 5 star Reviews. Tasted the Gin - and its barely drinkable.. Its not cough mixture nasty - but its certainly not a drink you would order a second of, and its not enjoyable at all. We tried it straight, mixed - yucky! In hindsight - a lot of those reviews are written by AI, and in gluts of the same date. Be warned, a lot of the reviews for this Gin are fake - either by paid AI sources or friends of the distiller. Look at the dates and reverse script check... Dan Murphys needs to introduce a proof of purchase review option - so GENUINE reviews can be scanned for - where people must attach a purchase receipt to publish an A listed Review. Have you tried INK Gin? Now that is a good Gin! (No, not affiliated, friends with the distiller nor AI).
