Thought I'd try the Shiraz after finding the Chardonnay quite good. First thoughts were that it was very ordinary but after leaving it for a day (couldn't finish the bottle) found that it was better the second time around. Dan's product details for this wine are flattering and there are better wines around in this price bracket.

This is a favorite for me, and have loved this wine for over 30 years. Very good value as well. Shared this wine with a friend. The next time we met, he brought along a St Hugo. That tells me that he thought highly of this wine, in that he was matching the quality of my wine. Best compliment for this wine I think.

Definitely needs to breath. Will definitely buy again.

The only good thing about this wine is the color, which is stunning. However, contrary to Murphy tasting notes this is NOT a full bodied wine. It is light, far too light for my liking and has very little flavor that resembles Shiraz. I would suggest that like Bordeaux, the climate is too cool for shiraz which likes it hot and dry. If you like big bold gutsy Aussie shiraz, then do not buy this wine

I purchased the 4bottle limit of the Fleur Du Cap 2015 Shiraz When I poured a glass the wine was very cloudy and did not taste very good it tasted very flat

Very ordinary, after 2 glasses, I tipped the bottle down the sink. Five more bottles to go.
