A lovely smooth wine. Drink alone or with meals or a cheese platter. Great value. Worth the money.

I bought this wine as I am a big fan of Barolo wines which are also made from the Nebbiolo grape. The vintage on sale in my local store was 2013 which is some way from the 2006 vintage advertised online (with an asterisk of course noting that vintages may vary). To be frank, the wine was just average and really lacked body. I could not recommend the wine at the $39 price that I paid. A shame because the accompanying Italian food was fantastic.
