Five Stones Cabernet Merlot is a rich red with a harmonious blend of fruity, floral, and spicy notes. A well-balanced wine that offers a pleasing mouthfeel and finish. It goes well with meaty dishes or a wood fired pizza. Can't go wrong with few boxes in your cellar or few bottles on your rack. Highly recommended.

This cab/ merlot is certainly drinkable but I expected a little more. Flavour somewhat subdued. But very well balanced. Earthy tones could be a little more pronounced. I have enjoyed 5 stones wine before and would certainly pick one of the shelf. Color superb. Nose unremarkable. Definitely worth the price paid, but not much more.
