Unlike many aus Prosecco, this finishes quite dry. The bead/bubble is finer than most. I think this is easily one of the very best Australian proseccos.

We were offered this bubbly to try, and were blown away by the slightly dry and fine bubbles down to the very last drop. We have introduced it to many of our friend who are now converted to la Zona Processco. Not sure how it stands up to the Italian wines but this particular one is fantastic.Forget the French bubbles this is a winner.

When ever we are in the King Valley we make a bee line for their cellar door in Millawa to buy a case of this wonderful drop. It's a favourite amongst our friends when we bring a few bottles to dinners. I was delighted when I found it at dan murphys so I can buy some between visits to the king valley. Do yourself a favour and try it !!
