It does taste nice I must admit but when I went to have some the other night after storing in the freezer it was frozen solid now all the Italian lemon cello do not do this so this says to me, there is a little alcohol content Because the alcohol does not normally freeze What I have had to sit it out for 5 to 10 minutes in order to have a drink in the freezer it even says chill in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving Percentage nice drink, but I would recommend the Italian or Greek lemon cello as they do not freeze up on you
