Superb nose and mouth-feel, reminiscent of the great French classics. This wine is terrific now, but will improve with age

This 2016 vintage wine is a really good example of the variety and the Burgundian style of Pinot Noir, to which it will introduce many Australian wine lovers. It will not disappoint as a red wine, having sufficient depth and colour to satisfy the most fastidious. More importantly, it has a suppleness of fruit and finesse and none of the sharpness and short finish that sets it apart from most other Australian variants made from this variety. A triumph for Gippsland and its makers.
