On first taste… it was very sour and vinegary and as someone who follows a ketobiotic lifestyle and drinks a lot of apple cider vinegar, I’m no stranger to the taste. I feel like some more taste testing and balancing is required. It has potential but it’s definitely not balanced properly yet.
