Provenance of the source material also ensures potential for medium-term ageability.
It offers aromas of lemon curd, Red Delicious apple, tarragon, and flint, evolving to lemongrass and galangal notes. A tactile interplay between creamy texture, measured acidity and a pear-like texture combine to deliver a resonance of flavour.
