I would recommend this to a friend!
This is a classic Australian Sparkling, because we can't call it champagne, and is in my opinion one of the best in the country. It is excellent with food, friends or quiet contemplation. Clover Hill should be proud of what they have produced and is highly recommended. No day is made worse with the inclusion of Clover Hill.

This Multi Vintage Exceptionnelle exhibits a light straw green hue in the glass, with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers vibrant citrus and stone fruits which are complemented by layers of creamy complexity. The palate offers a crisp acidity and a concentration of rich and balanced lemon curd and lime which draw the wine through to a delicious and extended finish.
