Beware, you might acquire a taste for this stuff. It is quite nice for flavouring your dessert or beverage using only a drop or two of it, which I would consider save, but no more! My sense of taste detects crushed cherry stone which contains cyanide, fatal in larger quantities. I have in fact experienced detrimental effects on my wellbeing on a few occasions after consuming only 3mL. Baitz''Kirsch'' ought to be chemically analysed if it indeed contains traces of prussic acid!

BEWARE!! This product has nothing to do with real Kirsch. We bought a bottle of this STUFF a few weeks ago and we found it undrinkable.

This was exactly the cherry taste I needed to make the middle layer of a traditional black forest cake.

Tastes nothing like the European Kirsch I know and does not deserve that name. Tastes like chrushed cherry stones were included in the distilling process. That's only a possibility I am not sure of.

Horrible. Nothing like Kirsch. Purely artificial cough setup. No resemblance whatsoever.

Bought this to make a Black Forest trifle for extended family over the festive season. Subtle but authentic flavour - everyone loved it!
