A very smooth and sweet whiskey some spices but more on the sweet side probably the best one I e had so far

I don’t know how to describe it, it’s mellow yet bitey, also chilli like, it’s not the best Japanese whiskey I’ve tried, I only drink meat or on the rocks, though found it a good mixer on the rocks with chambord.

As far as Japanese whiskeys go, this one is horrible. Received as a gift. Think 50% Captain Morgan’s, 40% Jameson and 10% Fireball. The bottle is plastered in ornamental fabric for some reason. There are so many amazing brands (that are actually drunk in Japan - not just designed as an export for those unfamiliar with Japanese whiskeys) that you can get for a similar price. Please go grab an entry level bottle of Suntory, Nikka, White Oak etc. - it will be far better than this.

This is my first attempt at whisky 🥃 … I think I chose well.. it’s full and sweet and has a gorgeous hint of vanilla that I love… very well balanced and doesn’t smack you in the face !
