Honestly, this is a hidden gem. Can’t believe this is <$20, as I think it beats a lot of wines at the $35 mark. Great value

My very favourite Spanish wine to buy in Australia. Earthy, dry, rich-coloured,but smooth enough to drink very easily. Tastes like biting into Spanish soil and breathing the air of the plains. Its name may mean old field - but from the first sip - helped by the evocative labelling - I am taken to any bar-lined old square of a small Extremadura or Castilla-La Mancha town. A good price for a passionate wine - which I prefer over the pricier Reservas. And it has a cork - which is always fun!

Very good wine for 16 bucks, great Tempranillo, my favourite wine for 15-20 dollars.

Just this wine alone beats Australian wines in its price range. Never been a fan of Australian wine, this is a go to cheaper wine. Can’t beat the leaders of wines, Europeans! They have been making wine for thousands of years. Always recommend a Spanish or french wine!

Used this as base wine for red sangria - works well!!
