Very nice drop. Lots of bubbles. Gentle soft pallet. Highly recommend.

Because my hubby and me did buy that to drink on the first of every year. Since he past away in 2020 I still buy that champagne, sitting next to his urn in the garden and empty the bottle with him. Half for him and half for me.

Excellent champagne, competes well with others costing 50 percent more.

This is not the Piper I know - crisp, clear, apple and lemon, but some yeast... and not the best of French, but identifiably French. No headache next morning. Hmnnn. There's a reason for the 'low' price. This tastes like a pleasant Aussie sparkling, but don't expect anything more. Suggest you buy one and taste it before buying more.

This has been my non-vintage go-to fave for many years. Never disappoints – consistently good drop and in the moderate price range for trad methode champenoise French bubbles, unbeatable. Lovely yeasty, bready character with fruity notes, not too dry, fine bead – love it! A perfect aperitif with hors d'oeuves, but I drink it with everything from starters to dessert. And even though correct serving temperature is a controversial subject with Champagne, I ALWAYS superchill prior to serving. That means after being refrigerated at 4 degrees, I pop the bottle in the freezer for 20 to 30 mins before popping the cork. Amazing.
