The grapes are sourced from special old Shirazvines and, using traditional open fermentationand pressing methods, this unique hand craftedwine is the reward.
The wine from these gnarled and twisted vines is matured for 18 months in a carefully chosencombination of half new and half seasoned French oak barrels.
These old vines are a legacy inherited from our Barossa forefathers and, as custodians of the future,we continue to save and showcase these old vinesand share their uniqueness everywhere.
