I bought it cause it had a massive write up in the Fin Review in mid 2023 as it goes well with seafood. I definitely agree and doesnt taste like a boring cliche champers. Slightly sweet aftertaste but nothing offputting. Goes very well with seafood, especially oysters. Worth the money.
