I found this Japanese Shochu at the Sydney Sake Festival, and surprisingly this is available at Dan Murphy’s!!! I am from Japan and I always think it is very difficult to find Japanese Shochu in Australia.
At the festival, I was told that it tastes great on the rocks with a squeeze of lime, and that is my favorite way to drink it now!!! It is very clear and smooth. Love it! I am very happy to find high quality Japanese shochu in Australia.
