It's definitely a different type of ginger beer - nice and spicy. Though I'd read some pretty poor reviews about it, I decided to give it a go and I was pleasantly surprised. I have returned to purchase it a few times but I don't think Dan's is stocking it anymore which is a shame.

Sure, it wont be to everyone's taste. Doesn't mean it deserves 1 star ratings imo. It is what it says it is. I liked the combination as a change for something different.

What a disgusting ginger beer. Overly sweet, nil sharpness of ginger, tastes like low tier candy.

It should have dawned on me how bad this would be with the four pack only costing $10...but no, I thought I'd give it a try...epic fail!!

I love it. Not too sweet. Strong ginger flavour sensibly accompanied by spice and cake elements. All complement each other in a well-crafted brew. I purchased it as it was half-price, which also made me dubious. But it was only $10. It was a good gamble. I'm considering going back to buy a couple more. But, from the reviews, this product clearly polarises opinion, like coriander. Unfortunately, those who hate it don't seem to be able to explain why.
