I would recommend this to a friend!
Right from the days of Minchinbury Sparkling Burgundy (yes, I know, that is now non-PC and it came from pinot noir) I have always found this a useful style. I know, it is not quite Seppelt's Show Reserve, but I find it a great accompaniment to some Asian foods - the carbonation helps it cut through the strong spicing. And as an octogenarian, it helps me drink less - there is no greater temptation than an unopened and unfinished bottle. Highly commended both in quality and format.
