Can never go wrong with this one, its one I can take anywhere

Although this is a nice wine, it is still too young. So either age it for a year or more, alternatively decant a couple of hours before drinking. That will take off the sharp edge. Hence not sure it is good value at this price. The 2015 Kalimna Shiraz is much more silky and smooth with no sharp edge. But it is A$15 a bottle more expensive - so you takes your choice . . . .

Expected it to be Barossa/ Kalimna sourced fruit but after opening and wondering, noted that it is now generic, regional non-specific South Australian’ Shiraz. Seems the marketers have won again but I wont be fooled next time!.

There is. much better Shiraz at half the price.
