Last Schnapps were many decades ago, glad I retried them; my taste buds were blown away. Straight chilled or on ice very palatable. Love the new sweetness it is very pleasant not sticky sickly like ones of old school. I am a sweet tooth but dislike sugary alcohol, more a dry man. But this was subtly smooth sweet flavour with a slight tangy apple background presence. First used in cocktail was pleased, tonight just straight on ice and I liked it even better. My bourbon has competition as I drink just few now and then and enjoy.
