I love Pinot Noir, but you normally have to pay through the roof for a great one. Not here - this is a stunning Pinot Noir that doesn't leave you broke. On the nose, it is floral and bright, like rose petals almost but then you take a sip and its bright sour cherries with a hint of smokey gamey meats. This is now a staple in my life.

Perfect for an easy evening at home this Pinot Noir offers plenty of juicy red fruit aromas as well as hints of sage, charred earth and gravel notes. The palate is soft and welcoming with a supple texture filled with red cherry and plum flavours. Subtle tannin gives it a little bit of grip while a balanced acidity caresses the sides of the tongue. Good Pinots at sub $30 are pretty rare, but this is a cracker. Great flavor, great depth, nice weight, seriously made wine. Lots of Pinot for $26.
