Clean cut, full flavor, citrus with a bite , clean on the pallet, refreshing.

Minchinbury, a very popular brand back in the 70s, when we had a lot less choice and dare I say, there was a lot less B.S. about wine back then, (In Australia). Again, a good quaffa and good value at it's present price. A Great Wine, No, A Good Wine, Probably Not, But Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder, So It's Probably Worth Giving It A Go For That Not So Special Occasion Or Backyard BBQ, You Might Be Surprised.

I didn’t want to buy a 750ml bottle when I only needed 100 mls for a recipe so this was a perfect solution. I did enjoy a small glass of wine with what was leftover though 😀

This is a classy white that sits nicely between a dry and sweet with a clean light fruit flavour toward the back of the pallet. It is fine at room temperature or chilled. My ideal white for any time.

This is just a refreshing, clean and wonderfully tasteful companion to seafood and poultry dishes. It is a nice dry with just the right zing.
