I'm a bit Riesling fan and especially the Clare Region. I 'd not tried Pauletts riesling but based on the region of its origin and professional review thought it was worth a try. Very disappointing was the verdict. Very little nose notwithstanding I didn't have it too cold. At one stage I thought it might have long term potential but finished with a very flat opinion all round.

Beautiful wine , really enjoy it in summer, the only trouble is opening the bottle is a bummer it's so hard to open , needs to do something get an easy to open cap
