Popped into DM’s on the weekend for something special & what a cracking drop I chose! Howard Park Abercrombie wow this wine was delicious a full-bodied Cabernet bursting with sensational flavours & as smooth as velvet. I’ll be definitely trying more wines from Howard Park. Totally worth money.

A blend of Margaret River and Great Southern fruit, this wine is an exciting exploration of multi-regional WA blends. Powerful dark fruit aromas mixed with bay leaf, cedar, coffee and vanilla bean to form an intense and intriguing perfume. The palate is resplendent with rich fruit, balanced acidity and fine tannin. A promising start to what is sure to be a long and rewarding future.

I recently tried this and I absolutely loved it. The wine had a deep, ruby red colour and a complex bouquet of flavours, including black currants, blackberries, and hints of oak. On the palate, it was full-bodied and well-balanced, with firm tannins and a long, velvety finish. Overall, this was a fantastic wine that I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a bold and flavourful Cabernet Sauvignon. Worth the price!

This wine amazes me every time I enjoy it. The 2017 was beautiful and intense with clear cut structure and intricate details from both the Margaret River and Mt Barker fruit sources. Layered with amazingly delicate tannin, fresh primary black fruits, aromatic spice and hints of violet, this is a great example of bringing 2 of WAs best wine producing regions together. An excellent and warranted addition to any cabernet collection.
