Do not have one , Moss Vale NSW

Read about this wine in a recent issue of Money Magazine, which was so positive in praise of this wine. The commendation and advice as to value was spot on! A truly lovely riesling and value cannot be beaten. Look forward to drinking more of it. Thank you - Tim Adams!

I was a bit dubious as I hadn’t had a Riesling for almost a decade. I was blown away! This will be my new go to. Very light and dry! Not the sweetness I was expecting.

Crisp lemon, lime, citrus fruits, with a piquant minerality and a petite soupcon of honey which seems to mingle with a zesty finish. It is in need for a Sunday afternoon with an aged Gouda or bucket of fresh prawns.

I'm not a wine expert, so I asked the local Dan's guy which white wine would be perfect for a Raclette (melted cheese) dish. The guy recommended this one as it's low in acidity. And he was spot on. This was perfect. Highly recommended.
