This is simply amazing in a Manhattan. Usually being stuck in your own favourite flavour profile, I tried this instead of the Dolin sweet vermouth (also amazing) and was blown away. It’s deep and addictive with an ongoing journey of changing flavours as you get through your Manhattan sip by sip. I highly recommend this complex vermouth to keep in your fridge (*always keep your vermouths in the fridge!) to give your cocktail game the bespoke kick you’ve been craving. My Manhattan recipe is- 60ml of 100-proof Rye Whiskey 30ml of Sweet Vermouth 2x dashes of Angostura Bitters Stir on ice until super cold Strain into glass Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherry in the bottom with a bit of syrup. Enjoy!

Not a vermouth aficionado by any means but I sipped this before mixing w a Negroni and decided to drink straight, orange peel w a splash of soda. Hard to drink Martini Rosso after you taste vermouth this good..
