Best beer in town! If you had the experience of going to the Cascade brewery in Hobart for a meal and a refreshing cascade lager from the tap (or bottle) then here is to having a memory of that taste at home! And if you are down at the brewery...take a tour!

One of my favourite beers after having it in Tasmania. I wish it was stocked at every store. It's crisp and refreshing with good flavour and bitterness. Perfect all rounder.

Cascade Lager can be a session type of a beer, or, a "one-only downer" with any meal of beef, pork, or chicken. It's an all-rounder without being drab, and I can recommend it to anyone who gets a notion to go to the fridge, wanting to pull out a coldie, and go sit down - with a thoroughly justified expectation to be quenched. The malt flavour in Cascade Lager is a dominant feature, with a mellow hops bitterness seated firmly in the back seat. One of Tassie's better beers, for sure.
