I stored mine in the freezer so I'm not sure if that had an effect on it but it was okay. Tried it neat and on the rocks and was fairly satisfied with the result. Slight bit of harshness. I'm not good at identifying flavours but there was nothing overwhelming in it. I think I'll try out the double oak.

I use to love this bourbon but lately it tastes different. It's almost like the recipe has been changed. It now seems so have a sickly sweet taste. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this.
