Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
While all of our terms and conditions are important and we recommend you read them all, we would like to draw your attention to the following terms and conditions:
Personal Information:
Entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may collect and use personal information (including details from entries and the registered Everyday Rewards cardholder who has scanned or used their card) for the purpose of processing and conducting this Promotion and for promotional purposes, public statements and advertisements surrounding this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose personal information to third parties, including its related bodies corporate, Endeavour Group Limited ABN 77 159 767 843 and its related bodies corporate (Prize Partner), agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies, prize suppliers and service providers) for this purpose. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may publish the winner’s surname, first initial, state of residence and postcode. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may use their information, or disclose their information to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy can be viewed on www.woolworthsgroup.com.au/privacy-policy.
Limitation on our Liability
: The Promoter and its Prize Partner are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury costs or liability as a result of accepting and/or using a prize or in relation to the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or any loss that arises as a result of the Promoter’s or Prize Partner’s own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If in the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter or Prize Partner is liable for a breach of any guarantee, warranty, condition or other term that applies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or is implied by any other commonwealth, state or territory law that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter's and/or Prize Partner’s liability under that legislation is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacement of any benefit or prize won.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter, its Prize Partner and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to the prize.
Promotional period
- The Promotion starts at 00:00 AEDT on 07/10/2026 and ends at 23:59 AEDT on 03/11/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
- Throughout the Promotional Period, the period from each Wednesday at 00:00 AEDT through to Tuesday at 23:59 (AEDT) (inclusive) will be considered a “Promotional Week”. There will be a total of four (4) Promotional Weeks during the Promotional Period.
Eligible entrants
- Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over who are an existing Everyday Rewards member (“Eligible Entrant”). An existing Everyday Rewards member is any person who is a holder of a registered Everyday Rewards card issued by the Promoter excluding holders of temporary Everyday Rewards cards.
- Eligible Entrants must continue to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the Promotional Period to be eligible for a prize. If an Eligible Entrant ceases to be an existing Everyday Rewards member during the Promotional Period or at the time their prize is to be used, the winner will be taken to have forfeited their prize.
- Employees who are Everyday Rewards Plus cardholders involved in the conduct of the Promotion, or management of the Promoter or Prize Partner at the time of entry, are ineligible to enter.
How to enter
- For the chance to win a prize, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
- be an Eligible Entrant
- purchase one (1) Participating Products (as described in clause 33 below) in-store at BWS;
- scan their registered Everyday Rewards card in-store at the checkout prior to finalising the transaction; and
- finalise their transaction,
(together, a “Qualifying Entry”).
Qualifying Entries will be automatically recorded upon purchase, and Eligible Entrants will be notified instantly during the Promotional Period if they have won a prize at the check out on the date they make their Qualifying Entry. This may include details about whether their prize is awarded for use immediately, or whether they can choose to use it immediately or save it to their Everyday Rewards account for use on future eligible in-store transactions.

- A limit of one Qualifying Entry applies per Eligible Entrant per day. Eligible Entrants may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period, subject to the daily entry limit.
- For the avoidance of doubt, purchases made via Woolworths Online and BWS online are excluded.
- Members who scan their Appy Deals barcode must have linked their Everyday Rewards account to BWS prior to purchase to be eligible.
- Promotion is not available in all stores and locations that are subject to liquor restrictions such as dry zones.
Prizes and prize draws - Throughout the Promotional Period, up to 106,375 prizes will be available to win in the following types and denominations:

- Up to 26,600 prizes per Promotional Week may be drawn and distributed during the Promotional Period. Provisional winners for these prizes will be drawn daily at 10:30am AEDT at Creata, Unit 6, 3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh NSW 2120, and a provisional winner must then complete their Qualifying Entry in accordance with clause 6 in order to convert their provisional win to a prize instantly. Provisional winners will be drawn daily from a pool of all Eligible Entrants.
- At the end of each Promotional Week, any unredeemed prizes will be allocated to the Final Prize Draw.
- The total number of prizes being given away for this Promotion is 106,375, with a total prize pool value of up to AUD$1,000,000. The final number of prizes distributed by the Promoter will be the number of prizes instantly claimed by the Eligible Entrants. All prize values are correct as at 20 July 2026.
- The prizes will be immediately and automatically loaded to the winner’s Everyday Rewards account after the winner is instantly notified at checkout and completes their transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant does not finalise their transaction, they will not have completed their Qualifying Entry and the prize they are shown at the checkout will be forfeited.
- Subject to clause 17, if “Money off your in-store BWS shop” is won, this may be used instantly towards the Qualifying Entry, or the winner may elect to save it for later.
- The prizes are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable. The prizes are awarded and must be redeemed in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Everyday Rewards program available at everyday.com.au/terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions displayed to the winner at checkout or via email or app confirmation upon winning their prize. To use any “Money off your in-store BWS shop” prizes in-store at BWS, the winner’s final transaction amount must be equal to or greater than the value of their prize. “Money off your in-store BWS shop” cannot be redeemed at BWS stores located in a dry zone. “Money off your in-store BWS shop” prizes cannot be used to purchase smoking products, gift cards, cash outs, delivery charges, donations or purchases on a charge account. Any unused “Money off your in-store BWS shop” prizes will expire on Sunday, 3 January 2027.
- Everyday Rewards or its Prize Partner may, in its absolute discretion, award a winner an alternative prize to the same or greater value as their original prize, if their original prize results in their Everyday Rewards account balance exceeding the value permissible under the Everyday Rewards program’s terms and conditions.
Winner notification
- Winners will be notified instantly at checkout via the BWS team member, via physical receipt and via the ‘My Activities’ tab in the Everyday Rewards app if they have won a prize. If the prize won is “Money off your in-store BWS shop” and the winner chooses to save the prize for later, an app tile will appear in their Everyday Rewards app with the details and terms and conditions.
Final prize draw
- Any undistributed prizes remaining at 00:00 AEDT on 04/11/2026 will be included in a final prize draw (“Final Prize Draw”). Qualifying Entries of Eligible Entrants who did not win any prizes instantly during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Final Prize Draw which will take place at 10:30 AEDT on 18/11/2026 at Creata, Unit 6, 3 Central Avenue, Thornleigh NSW 2120.
- The prizes will be automatically loaded to the winner’s Everyday Rewards account after the Final Prize Draw. Winners of the Final Prize Draw will be notified instantly at the checkout the next time they shop and in writing by email (to the address linked to their Everyday Rewards account) within 7 days of the Final Prize Draw. Winners of the Final Prize Draw will have their surname, first initial, state of residence and postcode (if known) published online at https://www.everyday.com.au/rewards/competitions-offers/winners.html for a minimum of 28 days from the date they are drawn as a Final Prize Draw winner. Due to the nature of the prizes and the automatic loading to the winner’s Everyday Rewards account, no further second chance draw for the Final Prize Draw will be conducted.
General
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. In particular, prizes may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter or Prize Partner, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter and/or Prize Partner may, acting reasonably, at their absolute discretion, withdraw the prize(s). Where a prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no refund, substitute or compensation will be offered. Should the number of valid instant win prize claims exceed the total number of prizes available as stated in these terms and conditions, the Promoter and/or Prize Partner reserve the right to honour all valid claims, provided the excess claims are not the result of fraud, tampering, system error, or ineligible participation.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
- If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s or Prize Partner’s control, the Promoter or Prize Partner may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various authorities.
- If an Eligible Entrant’s contact details change at any time between the date at which they enter the Promotion and the Draw date(s), that Eligible Entrant must notify the Promoter of their correct contact details immediately by updating their Everyday Rewards account details.
- The Promoter and Prize Partner reserve the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Upon receiving and reviewing the information to assess verification, the Promoter and/or Prize Partner’s decision is final. The Promoter or Prize Partner reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, is in breach of these conditions, provides entries that are offensive or otherwise inappropriate in the sole opinion of the Promoter, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Promotion, or who has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- It is a condition of the prize being awarded to the winner that the winner retains a clear copy of their original receipt and, where requested, provides it to the Promoter or Prize Partner as proof of a valid purchase to enter this Promotion.
- All ancillary costs and other expenses incurred as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter and Prize Partner using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for a reasonable period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Prize Partner.
- These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, subject to the laws of the relevant State or Territory that this Promotion is conducted in.
