Prosecco (pros-EC-oh) is Sparkling White Wine from Italy, or more specifically the Veneto region of Italy. Prosecco has larger bubbles (making it perfect for mixing in cocktails) and a focus on fruit - think green apples and citrus. Great with appetizers or on its own!
